Special Teams Performer of the Week Bradley Cox, a native of Sedona, Ariz., blocked a punt to give Macalester possesion of the ball on the Knox College 17-yard line on the fourth play of Saturday’s 34-0 win over the Prairie Fire. The blocked kick set up the first of five consecutive touchdowns for the Scots.

Ben Knake had 12 catches for 129 yards and a touchdown in a 28-27 comeback victory over defending MWC champion St. Norbert College. The Cornell College junior grabbed two key receptions for first downs on the final drive, which saw the Rams score the decisive touchdown and PAT with 28 seconds remaining. Knake had a 13-yard touchdown reception early in the third quarter as the Rams worked their way back from a 21-7 halftime deficit. For the season, Knake ranks among the national leaders with 32 receptions for 302 yards.
Honorable Mention Defense
Alex Latow posted his third consecutive double-digit tackle game in Cornell's home win over St. Norbert The senior linebacker finished with 10 total stops (7 solo), 2.0 tackles for loss, one forced fumble and a fumble recovery for a defense that held the Green Knights to six points and 67 total yards in the second half. Latow helped stuff a St. Norbert two-point conversion run in the third quarter, proving to be the difference in the game.
Dylan Ringhausen made six tackles (five solo) against Ripon College on Saturday, but it was his two sacks that made the biggest difference in Illinois College's 21-6 win. With Ripon in possession late in the game and facing a third down, Ringhausen's 15-yard sack essentially ended the game as the Red Hawks were forced to punt on a 4th and 28. The Blueboys milked the remaining five minutes off the clock on their next possession to clinch the victory.
