GRINNELL, Iowa – Allie Girard, a Lake Forest College sophomore, has been named the Midwest Conference Women’s Golf Performer of the Week.

Girard, a native of Folsom, Calif., finished third at the Benedictine University Fall Invite on Sunday and her score of 81 was just one shot off the lead.  She recorded a tournament-high three birdies on the par-71 course as the Foresters finished fourth out of five teams.
