Sophomore hurler Maddy Pfortmiller posted a 3-1 record in five appearances over the week in Florida. Pfortmiller went the distance in three games tallying wins in each while setting up teammate Riley Conn for the win in her fourth appearance on the week throwing two no-hit, shutout innings against Pitt-Greensburg. The Bucs’ right-hander struck out 19 while walking just three in 28 innings of work. Her sole loss of the week came against a solid Mount St. Joseph squad in the Bucs’ final day of competition.
