Alex won the 110m hurdles and the 400m hurdles Saturday at the Fighting Scot Invite and also was part of the winning 4x400 relay team. His 110m hurdles time of 15.85 is 2nd best in the MWC this season and his 57.79 in the 400m is the top mark in the MWC. He also finished 2nd in the High Jump with a new PR of 1.88m.
