Pflipsen’s defensive efforts have helped Grinnell to its best mark since the 2008 season. In the past week, the Pioneers allowed just a solo goal to highly-touted University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and one against Ripon College as Grinnell improved to 9-6-1 overall and 5-2-1 in the MWC.
