Running against some of the region’s top NCAA Division II and III squads, as well as NAIA competition, Schaefer placed 51st of 327 runners at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational hosted by the University of Minnesota on Friday. She toured the 6-kilometer course in 23 minutes, 57.1 seconds and ranked sixth among all D-III competitors.
