Brooke helped the Scots to a 177-54 win over Knox in the first event of the season, winning four events. As an individual, she won the 100-yard butterfly in 1:07.22, won the 100-yard IM in 1:10.47 and won the 500-yard freestyle in 5:55.49. She took the title in the latter event by more than 23 seconds. Brooke also swam the third leg on the inning 200-yard Medley relay to kick off the night.
