Stewart helped lead Lake Forest to a 28-6 MWC title-clinching triumph over Chicago on Saturday. He completed 11 of 16 passes for 132 yards and a touchdown and ran the ball for 64 yards and a score on 13 attempts. His 69-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter closed out the scoring and secured the championship.
