Lillis was a wrecking crew for the Pioneers as they snapped a nine-game losing streak to previous MWC unbeaten Ripon College Saturday. She scored a game-high 20 points, including a key 4-of-4 performance from the free throw line, and added three assists, two boards and two steals in Grinnell’s 65-58 win. The win avenged a 17-point loss to the Red Hawks earlier this month. Lillis currently leads the league in scoring average (16.7 points per game) and fourth in free throw percentage (86.4 percent).
