Chu tore it up at the plate in the Pioneers’ season-opening games at the Rochester Dome Invitational, batting .636 over four contests. She was 7-of-11 at the plate with three doubles, four RBIs and a .909 slugging percentage. Additionally, she was successful in her lone stolen base attempt.
