Sydney Hood was top pitcher for the Lady Blues on their spring trip. Hood went 2-1 overall earning wins against Marian University and Penn State Berks. Hood pitched a total of 21.0 innings earning 22 strikeouts over the course of three games. During the three contests, she also only allowed two earned runs and pitched a shutout against Marian.
