Elizabeth Bowns was a standout for the Lady Blues this weekend at the Wash U Mini Meet. Bowns earned a second-place finish in both the shot put (38-5.5, 11.72 meters) and the hammer throw (147-09, 45.03 meters). Both marks lead the MWC so far this season.
