Taylor Freeman hit a scorching .650 as Lawrence won all five of its games during the week. Freeman went 13-for-20, hit two home runs and added three doubles for an 1.100 slugging percentage and 1.767 OPS. He drove in eight runs and scored four times. In a doubleheader sweep of Ripon, Freeman went 5-for-7. He followed that by going 8-for-13 in a three-game series sweep of Illinois College. Freeman hit a three-run walk-off homer in the series opener and added another three-run shot to finish off Lawrence's victory in the second game of the series. He went 4-for-5 and drove in four runs in game two of the series.
