Lopez was a quadruple winner Saturday in the Pioneers’ dual meet victory over Loras College Saturday and swam three times that either put her on Grinnell’s all-time leader board or improved her standing on it. She won the 100-yard backstroke in 1:01.46, 200 backstroke in 2:12.51 and 400 individual medley in 4:49.40. Those times rank 15th, 10th, and 18th in program history, respectively, and the 400 individual medley time is tops in the MWC this season. Lopez also swam on the winning 200 medley relay team that finished in 1:54.03.
