Klass was nothing short of spectacular last weekend, with a performance highlighted by a doubles victory over the 15th-ranked duo in the nation. On Sunday, he and Leo Esztergomi ’24 combined to post an 8-4 decision at No. 1 doubles over the tandem from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Klass was also a perfect 4-for-4 in Pioneer wins over Wheaton College and Luther College Saturday. He and Esztergomi posted No. 1 doubles victories of 8-6 against Luther and 8-7 against Wheaton. In singles, Klass won 6-4, 6-4 against his foe from Luther and 6-2, 6-0 against a Wheaton opponent.
