Bayliss put on an offensive show as the Pioneers began their season with two victories. He tallied three goals on just three shots, including a two-goal performance in a 3-2 victory over Eureka College. He added another score as the Pioneers shut down Coe College 2-0, giving Grinnell a 2-0 start for the first time since 2019.
