Lawrence University senior Pete Winslow led the Vikings to two Midwest Conference (MWC) victories last week and has earned MWC Men’s Basketball Performer of the Week honors. 

Winslow shot a blistering 76.9 percent from three-point range last week in wins over Cornell College and Illinois College. Winslow went 10-for-13 from beyond the arc, hitting a career-high five three-pointers in both games. In a 60-56 win over Cornell, Winslow went 5-for-6 from long range and finished 7-for-10 overall on his way to 19 points. In a 63-54 win over Illinois College, Winslow was 5-for-7 on long balls and 6-for-10 overall as he scored 17 points. For the week, he averaged 18 points and five rebounds.
