Gomez averaged 41.8 yards on four punts, including a long of 49 yards and one downed inside the 20. He ranks No. 1 in the MWC with a 41.5-yard punt average. Gomez also rushed for 73 yards and two TDs in Cornell's 31-7 win over Lawrence.
