VanWestrienen placed an impressive 26th out of 453 finishers against an elite varsity field at the Augustana Interregional Invitational that featured 10 nationally-ranked teams. The sophomore trimmed 19 seconds off his personal record and finished in 25:09. VanWestrienen led the No. 9 regionally-ranked Rams to 26th place out of 43 teams.
