Hoffman scored a pair of goals and added an assist in her first return to her hometown as a Forester. She headed in a pair of corner kicks early in the first 15 minutes of the second half and the set up a teammate less than 10 minutes later. Lake Forest prevailed 7-0 at Cornell to clinch the 2023 MWC title.
