Adl was a triple champ as the Pioneers tuned up for the MWC Championships at the Grinnell Mini-Invite Saturday. He won the 50-yard freestyle in 22.06 seconds and swam legs on the winning 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays that had times of 1:35.98 and 1:26.91, respectively.
