Janessa Gonzalez hit .429 for the week as the Vikings split four nonconference games. Gonzales went 6-for-14 with two doubles, a homer and five runs batted in. Gonzalez, who finished with a 1.253 OPS, went 3-for-4 with a homer and a double and drove in four in Lawrence's 14-11 win at Eureka. The Vikings went on to sweep the doubleheader from Eureka.
