In his only appearance of the week, Berglin tossed a gem in Lawrence's 10-1 victory over Simpson on the Vikings' spring break trip to Florida. Berglin allowed five hits and one run over seven innings to improve to 3-0 on the season. He struck out a career-high 12 while walking just one. Berglin topped his previous strikeout high of 11, which he did at Grinnell in 2022. Berglin lowered his season ERA to 2.11 and opponents are now hitting just .145 against him.
