Nick Katz tossed six scoreless innings in Lawrence's 5-1 victory over Grinnell in the second game of the three-game series. Katz allowed only four hits, struck out seven and didn't walk a batter to improve to 5-1 on the season. Katz lowered his ERA on the season to 2.77 and has now struck out 22 while walking only three in 39 innings.
