Freshman Kaylee Celus was outstanding for the Scots in a 2-2 weekend at the UW-LaCrosse Invite. She was named to the All-Tournament Team with 89 kills, six aces, 27 digs and four blocks. Celus hit .311 for the weekend with at least 21 kills in all four matches. She posted a career-high 25 kills against UW LaCrosse with only five errors on Friday. Celus had 42 kills on Saturday with four aces as Monmouth took Nebraska Wesleyan to 5 sets and then beat Luther. For the week she averaged 4.68 kills per set, and she is 3rd in the MWC in kills per set on the season.
