Lopez was a perfect 4-for-4 at the Simpson College Relays, winning every event in which she competed. She won titles in the 3x100-yard butterfly relay (3 minutes, 4.66 seconds), 800 freestyle relay (8:36.43), 400 medley relay (4:12.48) and mixed 200 medley relay (1:48.12). Grinnell won the meet with 188 points, beating runner-up Nebraska Wesleyan University by 64.
