Zilaitis posted personal-best marks in the weight throw and shot put, sweeping both for the fifth consecutive week at the University of Dubuque's Spartan Invitational. The senior broke his own school record in the weight throw (58’ 8 ½”), ranking 11th nationally. Zilaitis notched the nation's seventh-best mark in the shot put (54’8”).
