McCain swung a hot bat in five games during the week, hitting .700 by going 14-of-20 with 16 RBIs, five homers and eight runs scored. He boasted a 1.450 slugging percentage and .682 on-base percentage. McCain shattered multiple school records in that span and is now the Pioneers’ career leader for at-bats with 555, runs scored with 128 and hits with 207.
