Picking up her start in the second inning from a weather-suspended game on April 22nd, Closs finished the contest by tossing her second perfect game of the season (and the second all-time in IC history) with 12 strikeouts in a 9-0 win at Knox on Friday. The five innings of shutout work increased her current scoreless streak to 52? innings, which is now the 12th-longest in NCAA Division III history and the longest since 2011. Closs is now 13-3 on the season, including a perfect 8-0 slate in Conference play.
