Ally Corrente put together another stellar week as Lawrence went 4-2 in a triangular at Central and a tournament at Wheaton. Corrente piled up 208 assists for an average of 9.45 assists per set. She also picked up six service aces and eight kills. Corrente was also effective on defense with nine blocks and 44 digs as Lawrence picked up wins over Wheaton, which is receiving votes in the latest AVCA Top 25, Concordia Chicago, Westminster (Mo.) and Central. She had a high during the week of 42 assists against Concordia Chicago and picked up 39 against both Wheaton and Aurora and had 37 at Central.
