Medina made some personal and Knox College history in her two games last week. On Saturday, Medina set the Prairie Fire women's program all-time career scoring record. Medina currently has 1389 career points. In her school record-breaking Saturday afternoon win against SLIAC leader Webster, Medina scored 27 points on 9-14 shooting. She also had eight rebounds, three assists, two steals, and two blocks. While Saturday was for school records, Medina set personal records during Wednesday's win over Illinois College. Medina set her new personal high in points scored in a single game, finishing with 40. The 40 points were the second-highest for a Knox woman in program history. She also had season highs in assists (9), minutes (40), field goals made (12), and three-pointers made (5). In two games, Medina averaged 33.5 points per game, 6.5 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3.5 steals. She went 21-32 from the field (6-8 from three) and 19-25 from the line.
