It was hard to nominate just one Illinois College pitcher this week as the Lady Blues posted an 8-0 record with a 0.7 ERA, but the nod has to go to Jess Feig who was 3-0 with a 0.00 ERA. The one run she gave up to St. Norbert on Saturday was unearned after an IC error earlier in the inning. For the three games she pitched, Feig went the distance in all of them with two shutouts and only 11 hits allowed. She struck out 20 and walked only three with opposing hitters batting a mere .175 against her.
