Douglas accounted for 381 total yards and six touchdowns in his first collegiate start at quarterback, leading the Rams to a 62-25 season-opening win over Iowa Wesleyan University. The sophomore finished 17-of-29 passing for 309 yards and three TDs. He rushed for a game-high 72 yards and three more TDs. Douglas helped Cornell to its highest season-opening point total since 2003.
