After becoming Illinois College's all-time leading goal scorer and point scorer last weekend, Ashley Sholmire continued to torch opposing goalkeepers with five goals in two matches. The senior recorded a hat trick in a 5-0 win over Blackburn on Tuesday, including the game-winner in the 17th minute. In a loss to Grinnell on Saturday she scored two more times and is now tied for the MWC lead in goals scored this season with nine, matching her career high for a single season.
