Williams scored a pair of touchdowns, one on special teams and one on offense, in Saturday' win over Illinois College. Taking his position on the punt return unit, the junior speedster blocked and then recovered the punt and carried it untouched into the endzone midway through the second quarter as Monmouth built a 35-7 lead. Williams added his second TD on a pass reception early in the second half.
