Ruane paced the Green Knights' defense to two MWC wins last week. Ruane helped the Green Knights to a 2-0 win over Grinnell College on Saturday. He then scored the game's only goal, cleaning up a scramble off a corner kick, in a 1-0 win over Cornell on Sunday. It was Ruane's first goal of the season. The Green Knights have won nine consecutive games for the first time since 2006 and have allowed just four goals during the streak.
