Porter was Lake Forest's leading scorer in both of the team's victories over the weekend. After shooting 4-for-7 from three-point range in an 80-55 victory over Cornell on Friday, he tied his own program record with 11 three-pointers in 18 attempts and finished with a career-high 42 points as the Foresters defeated Grinnell College 104-91 on Saturday. In addition to his prowess from beyond the arc, Porter knocked down eight of 10 foul shots and added seven steals in the two games combined.
