Janusiak earned the league’s top track honor after he motored to the fastest time in the Midwest Conference (MWC) and posted a top-50 time nationally in his indoor debut in the 3,000 meters. Running at the Pointer Alumni Open at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, Janusiak ran to a time of 8:54.13, which is more than four seconds faster than the No. 2 time in the league. Janusiak's time also ranks 45th in NCAA Division III.
