Aram Arslanian of Lake Forest College has been named the Midwest Conference (MWC) Men’s Basketball Performer of the Week after leading the Foresters to two critical conference victories. Arslanian efficiently scored 23.5 points per game as Lake Forest posted a pair of victories in conference play last week. He shot 11-for-18 from the field and led all players with a career-high 25 points in a 67-52 triumph at Illinois College on Wednesday. The Foresters defeated visiting Knox College 76-60 on Saturday with Arslanian connecting on 10 of 14 shots from the field and scoring a game-high 22 points. He also matched career-highs with seven rebounds and three steals in each of the two contests.
