Senior MariKate Murphy of Cornell College remains undefeated in the mile on the 2018 indoor track season. Murphy posted a two-second victory in the event at Dubuque's Spartan Invitational. The Ram senior was clocked in 5:10.19, the second-best mark in the MWC. Murphy outdistanced 45 competitors to improve to 6-0 in individual races in 2018.
