Gallis had a hot bat in Florida, hitting a team-high .483 in 10 games. The sophomore who caught and served as the designated player opened the week with a 3-for-4 effort at the plate in last Monday’s 7-0 blanking of Carthage College. She added a trio of home runs on Thursday, belting two in a 10-5 win over Lebanon Valley College and one in an 8-4 loss to Finlandia University. Gallis batted .483 (14-for-29) for the week with three homers, seven RBIs, a 1.000 slugging percentage, and a .516 on-base percentage.
