Karnatz, a sophomore centerfielder, is off to a sizzling start for the Vikings on their spring break trip to Florida, posting a .667 batting average and .714 on-base percentage in their first four games of the year. Batting in the lead-off spot, Karnatz has three multi-hit games and is 8-for-12 overall. She is also a perfect 3-for-3 on stolen bases and has scored eight runs. Led by Karnatz, Lawrence is off to a 2-2 start to the season.
