Wicker paced the No. 19 nationally-ranked Rams to the team championship at the Mustang Gallop. He captured the individual title for the second consecutive season as he held off one of the top runners from the American Rivers Conference (previously the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) two win by two seconds. Wicker was also just two seconds of his 5k course record as he clocked in with a time of 15:32.3.
