Schlegel won three events and finished runner-up in a fourth to lead the Pioneers to a tight three-point first place finish at the Monmouth College Invite. The first-year won the 100 backstroke in a time of 1:03.95 and took part in the winning 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays that won in 1:56.73 and 3:49.47 respectively. Her second place finishes came in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:02.98.
