DeCramer opened her 2019 season by breaking her program record in the 60-meter hurdles. Her time of 9.20 was .14 seconds faster than her previous time and ranks first in the conference. The junior also ran on the winning 4x400 relay team that finished in 4:22.48 for the Red Hawks fastest season-opening relay time in the past four seasons. She also added a personal best in the high jump where she cleared 1.55m for the second best mark in the conference.
