Naranjo-Rooney played a big role defensively during Cornell's 1-0-1 week in which the Rams surrendered just one goal over 200 minutes of field time. Cornell posted its first shutout of the season in a 4-0 nonconference win over MacMurray University, and then battled Beloit College to a 1-1 double-overtime tie. The last time the Rams (4-4-3) won four matches in a season was 2009.
