McDonald pitched a three-hit complete-game shutout to lead Monmouth to a 3-0 win over Dominican on Sunday. In seven innings, the senior right-hander struck out ten while walking just one and allowed the opposition to hit just .130 with four hits. He also allowed only two runners to move beyond first base for the entire game.
