Barnes was nearly unstoppable in Ripon’s five wins last week as he hit .714 (15-for-21), slugged 1.048, and recorded a .769 on-base percentage. The senior collected four doubles, a home run, six RBI, and 12 runs scored while drawing five walks and stealing two bases. The catcher also came up big in the field as he threw out three would-be base stealers and fielded all 27 of his chances.
