Samantha Tolu had three goals and an assist as Lawrence swept a pair of nonconference road matches. In a 5-0 victory at Alverno, Tolu scored once. In a 4-2 victory at Lakeland the following day, Tolu answered both Lakeland goals. Lakeland scored first, and Tolu scored less than two minutes later to tie it. After Lakeland took a 2-1 lead, Tolu stole the ball from a defender and assisted on Lawrence's next goal, which proved to be the game-winner.
