Carlson’s play at both ends of the field helped Lake Forest post a pair of victories over the weekend. The center back did not leave the field in the Foresters’ 2-1 victory over Grinnell on Saturday or in a 3-0 triumph over Cornell just 24 hours later. He also headed in his first career goal off a corner kick on Sunday.
